A short, honest list of problems you might hit that come from iOS itself rather than from the app. We track each one against Apple's fixes and remove it from this page once it's resolved.
Sending support email on iPad: no Cancel button
On iPad, the mail window that opens from Contact & Support is missing its Cancel button — an iPadOS issue in the system mail composer (iPhone is not affected). To close the window without sending, swipe it down. iPadOS saves what you wrote as a draft in the Mail app rather than discarding it, so delete the draft there if you don't want to keep it.
The tab bar and the Large Content Viewer on iPad
At the largest accessibility text sizes, iOS normally shows a magnified preview (the Large Content Viewer) when you touch and hold a tab bar. On iPad, iPadOS's floating tab bar does not offer this preview — a limitation of the system tab bar itself. On iPhone the tab bar shows the preview normally, and the rest of the app's compact controls support it on both devices.
