Want a feature? A view that would help you practice a move? Tell us — this is a first-class channel, not an afterthought. Wish-list mail genuinely shapes what gets built next, and it goes through the exact same form as bug reports, below.

The fastest way: Contact / Feedback in the app

Go to Settings → About → Contact / Feedback.

Write your subject and message, then tap Compose Email. This in-app path is the one we'd pick ourselves, for a few reasons:

• It opens Mail pre-filled with your message.
• It includes basic device info automatically — app and iOS version, device, and plan — shown in a "Diagnostics (included automatically)" block you can read before sending. This isn't opt-in; it's just there, so you don't have to type it out.
• If a diagnostic log or a recent crash report exists on your device, you can optionally attach either or both — each has its own toggle. These attachments are opt-in and only appear when there's something to attach.

Whether or not you attach anything, you send the mail yourself from Mail — nothing goes out without you tapping Send there.

What to include

For a bug: what you did, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. If a diagnostic-log or crash-report attachment is offered, leaving it on helps us track down what went wrong faster.

For an idea: what you're trying to do matters more than any specific design. Tell us the goal — we'll figure out the best way to build it.

If you can't open the app

Email us directly at [email protected]. Since you won't have the automatic diagnostics, include your device model and iOS version so we have the same context.

Privacy

The diagnostics included automatically are basic device and version info — no personal content. The log and crash-report attachments are optional, and nothing leaves your device except in the email you choose to send. See the Privacy Policy for details.
